Partnership Landing Pages

Project goal

Design an Angi-branded landing page template for our partners to ensure consistent company branding and informs users of our service offerings.

Success metrics

We leveraged our analytics reporting to track metrics. The primary success metric is conversion rate.

Project background

Angi partners with companies and offers Angi services after a customer purchases an item.

For example, after a customer purchases furniture from Walmart, there is an option to book an Angi Service Pro to assist with installation of furniture purchase.

Our partners include Lowe’s, Walmart and Mattress firm among others.

Current user flow

Design problem

We currently have inconsistent designs across our partnership service landing pages. Customers were confused about who Angi is and our connection to partner. I was tasked with designing a landing page template that will be used for all of our partnership offerings.

Design solution

Consistent branding & copy

A landing page template that is consistent with our Angi branding and educate users about who Angi is and what we provide.

Landing page details

The goal was to not only update Angi branding but we needed to educate the user about our company, offerings and what to expect.

Design details & flow

Designing for different scenarios

Some landing pages have two or more service offerings so I needed to include how we show more than one service.

Responsive design

Next steps: Optimize

We are seeing success with the new designs so I am now brainstorming ways to optimize success.

Ideas to test next include reducing repetitive copy on service offerings.

Additionally, we need to ensure our partners are following standard tracking practices.

Analytics and monitoring

As we launched the landing page across 100% of our partners, we tracked metrics and analytics.

In addition to conversion rates we also tracked performance including page load times and service response times.
